Oyster Minnow The Laydown Minnow Mid was developed as a bass jerkbait, but it proved extremely effective on sea bass right after its release. The Oyster Minnow 92 has been tuned to further specialize its features for sea bass. The strong buoyancy and sharp action produced by the slightly thick body are controlled by a low center of gravity fixed weight, which creates a rolling action that sea bass likes while strongly gripping the water. The water push makes its presence known to distant sea bass, and at the same time gives the angler a clear sense of control. The fixed center of gravity makes the lure's flight distance a disadvantage, but the casting fin on the underside of the lip makes it possible to achieve both high buoyancy and flight distance. Another characteristic is the dart when jerking and the subsequent stop. It strongly pushes the water while lightly swinging its head from side to side, and when it stops, it sways its body as if rolling on the spot, creating the timing for a bite. The specific gravity is also set to be "suspended in the inner bay" which is easy to use in brackish water areas, assuming use in harbors and near river mouths. Among the many minnow types, there are few lures that can call sea bass with their strong water pressure. You can enjoy the game of luring and biting to your heart's content.
