Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products purchased on Pescare.it by consumers are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended).
The legal guarantee protects consumers if a product does not conform to the contract, for example, if it does not match its description or does not function as reasonably expected.
What are your consumer rights?
If a product has a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, consumers are entitled, under the conditions established by law, to:
Free repair of the product.
Free replacement of the product.
In the cases provided for by law, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
The legal guarantee is provided by the seller and applies independently of any commercial warranties offered by manufacturers.
How to request assistance
To report a possible lack of conformity, please contact Pescare.it at info@pescare.it, providing your order number, the product concerned and a description of the issue.
Please provide proof of purchase and, where useful, photographs showing the reported defect.
All requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
