The Dynanotex is a Fluoroelastomer (fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber) with coated graphite and Plant Will which is a high modulus carbon PrePreg (Ferrari Formula 1 Carbon) This is treated and then overlaid in a completely different way compared to traditional machining. Carbon tissue is unidirectional and whilst the vast majority of companies overlap tissue fibers in a longitudinal and transversal way (to increase the resistance to reactivity crushing) Artico adds an additional technique which also angles this overlay. This succeeds in producing countless rod actions and allows different models to be produced according to specific fishing needs.</p> <p>Dynanotex allows the creation of blanks without “plug” namely a blank that when in action can provide a curve of work that is always optimized. <p>La gamma di stand up Cheyenne Champion possiamo dire senza dubbi che è il top di gamma di casa Artico si compone di due modelli, 30 lb. e 50 lb, realizzati naturalmente presso i laboratori Artico di Pordenone, utilizzando linnovativo Dynanotex. I mandrini e i 9 tagli a diverse geometrie del materiale utilizzato, rendono la struttura del blank sottile, leggera e reattiva. La distribuzione della potenza avviene in due fasi: la parte superiore del fusto è progressiva per accompagnare le partenze veloci del pesce, evitando così la rottura dei terminali, mentre la parte inferiore conferisce potenza e definisce il controllo della preda durante la fase di combattimento. Per questi motivi la Cheyenne risulta essere il fusto più adatto sia per le competizioni a drifting usando monofili sottili, sia per lamatore che vuole il top Con la serie Apache si entra nel mondo del top di gamma di Artico, una serie di strumenti dove si coniugano mirabilmente le elevate competenze tecnologiche, i materiali più avanzati e la cura del dettaglio tipica delleccellenza artigianale Made in Italy. Quando a casa Artico si parla di Top di gamma, la tecnologia ha un solo nome: Dynanotex. Il Dynanotex è un tessuto di carbonio alto modulo PrePreg che viene trattato e sovrapposto in maniera completamente diversa rispetto alle lavorazioni tradizionali. I tessuti di carbonio sono monodirezionali, la stragrande maggioranza delle aziende sovrappone in posizione longitudinale e trasversale le fibre del tessuto per aumentarne la resistenza allo schiacciamento e la reattività, Artico aggiunge a questa posa delle fibre anche degli inserimenti ad angolo riuscendo così a conferire a tutti gli attrezzi innumerevoli azioni differenziano i modelli in base alle specifiche esigenze di pesca. Grazie a questa particolare lavorazione si ottengono i tessuti Dynanotex che permettono la realizzazione dei fusti senza “spina”, ossia blank che forniscono curve di lavoro sempre ottimizzate. Ovviamente Tutta la gamma è orgogliosamente Made in Italy e realizzata presso i laboratori Artico di Pordenone, utilizzando l'innovativo pre preg carbon HM 40 - 1 k -Tweed e Dynanotex. Per la realizzazione di questa linea abbiamo usato dei mandrini a bassa conicità ripartendo l’azione con 9 /12 tagli a diverse geometrie del materiale utlizzato, questo ci ha permesso di rendere la struttura del blank molto sottile e leggera . La distribuzione della potenza avviene in tre fasi: la parte superiore del fusto è progressiva ma allo stesso tempo reattiva grazie alle caratteristiche tecniche del Dynanotex questo per accompagnare le partenze veloci del pesce, evitando così il rischio della rottura dei terminali, poi la parte centrale conferisce potenza e definisce il controllo della preda durante la fase di combattimento ed in caso di pesci over la parte finale del blank e pura forza .
