W8 - Special Tuna Special

W8 is a PE braided braided 8 garments of the highest quality, 120% more resistant than a normal PE on the market. The entire process (Research of raw materials, Production, Treatments, Testing, Packaging) is RIGOROSALY MADE IN JAPAN, a fundamental aspect for a product of the highest quality.

FIBRA: Omega grade PE (higher resistance than Standard PE) - Greater resistance with smaller diameter

PRODUCTIVE PRODUCTIVE PROCESS (Hi Density Braiding): The high-density weaving process of the 8 garments allows to obtain a more round braided material that therefore generates less friction on the rings. Increased abrasion resistance is guaranteed.

PRODUCTIVE PROCESS (GT Process): Reduces space between each individual garment to ensure greater resistance

PRODUCTIVE PROCESS (Silicon Oiling Process): The outer surface is treated with a special oil-silicone which reduces friction on the rings and removes static electricity.

RESINA: Each individual garment is impregnated with a special protective resin to improve the durability of the braid. In addition, this treatment guarantees greater impermeability and less loss of colour even after prolonged use.
