Il preimpregnato di base è composto dalla fibra in Nanolega Toray T1100 la miglior fibra di carbonio attualmente disponibile sul mercato, in grado di fornire la miglior trasformabilità in processi produttivi specifici, come la realizzazione di canne da pesca. Questo preimpregnato è il 30% più resistente di altri preimpregnati di pari modularità, pertanto nella realizzazione di questi grezzi siamo stati in grado di abbinare alla fibra Toray T1100 un seconda Fibra di altissima qualità Toray 46T (come quella utilizzata per la produzione delle di Favorite Rapid) senza sacrificare la resistenza dell’intera canna. Grazie all’esclusivo processo produttivo Favorite MLS vari strati di carbonio, di diverso modulo, vengono intrecciati in diverse direzioni, permettendo di ottenere l’azione della canna desiderata, aumentarne la durata nel tempo e ridurre il peso della stessa.
