<p>L’azienda Artico presenta per la stagione 2020/21 la nuova serie di canne da pesca per la trota torrente: EPOCA CR4 EVO. Per la realizzazione della stessa, Artico ha impiegato il massimo sforzo a livello progettuale, tecnologico e nella scelta dei materiali utilizzati, dove spicca l’utilizzo dello XANTU LAYR, molecole di graphene che in fase di polimerizzazione si integrano nelle resine presenti nei pre- preg carbon, aumentandone la resistenza meccanica del 30% . Naturalmente non poteva mancare la collaborazione dei nostri campioni che intervengono direttamente sul prodotto, fornendo la loro esperienza e suggerendo all’azienda le scelte progettuali migliori. La lavorazione artigianale, rende ancora più esclusivo questo prodotto: le canne EPOCA CR4 EVO non sono realizzate in serie, ma ogni attrezzo viene sapientemente lavorato a mano per conferirgli particolari caratteristiche meccaniche. I macchinari sono solo di supporto agli abili artigiani dell’azienda che decidono come sovrapporre, orientare e accoppiare il carbonio. Rispetto all’ Epoca CR4, la EPOCA CR4 EVO ha un azione più veloce ed in mano risulta più leggera grazie all’ottimo lavora fatto sulla bilanciatura di questa canne. Rispetto alla CR5 ha una superficie del carbonio più liscia e lucente. La gamma si allarga e sono state inserite due nuove misure: la 10 metri ad ingombro ridotto e la 10 metri a lunghezza classica. La prima, la cui base è di soli 135 cm, monta un pezzo in più rispetto alla seconda e questa le conferisce un’azione estremamente rigida, ma allo stesso tempo rimane molto maneggevole. The high modulus carbon Ferrari is the same as used in F1, it is a pure carbon : the module highest on the market for this is the most lightweight and durable. To explain, the blanks produced in China usually use the M40 high modulus carbon, the carbon Ferrari is granted to an M80 . The reason why the Artico can use the high modulus carbon from Ferrari is simple, both companies represent the Made in Italy, the excellence in their field. The carbon prepreg Ferrari arrives in the Artico in the form of chilled towels . The carbon fibers contained in these towels are all unidirectional and if you build a rod with these fibers would be very stiff and light but would not crush resistance. For this reason the carbon Ferrari is coupled transversely and longitudinally with other types of carbon in order to obtain the specific mechanical characteristics that the rods must have for each and every single fishing technique. The Top of the Artico rods contain up to 9 different hi module carbons coupled within the same blank, as well as some fibers laid to transverse and longitudinal are also inserted at an angle just to give at every single rod particular characteristic. The Apache range are handmade in Artico’s laboratory so we can proudly say that these rods are Made in Italy. The Apache Trolling was specifically designed and made for competition angling. We’re talking about a very technical product that is almost exclusively dedicated to the competition angler. The rods blank is built in Dynanotex carbon making it slim and light. During the fight the power of the fish is distributed evenly throughout the blank with the top of the rod remaining rapid and efficient in order to handle powerful runs from the fish but also to prevent breakages. The lower part of the rods blank gives power and defines the control on the fish in the recovery phase. The Apache’s series prove to be the most dedicated rods for fighting the oceans most powerful marine predators on light lines. The secret of this rod is in the use of a particular carbon, the Dynanotex.</p> <p>The Dynanotex<br />With the Apache range we enter in the world of the Artico Gamma’s Top of the range tackle. Here elevated technological skill is combined with state-of-the-art materials and attention to detail that is typical of the Made in Italy artisanship. The Dynanotex is a Fluoroelastomer (fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber) with coated graphite and Plant Will which is a high modulus carbon PrePreg (Ferrari Formula 1 Carbon) This is treated and then overlaid in a completely different way compared to traditional machining. Carbon tissue is unidirectional and whilst the vast majority of companies overlap tissue fibers in a longitudinal and transversal way (to increase the resistance to reactivity crushing) Artico adds an additional technique which also angles this overlay. This succeeds in producing countless rod actions and allows different models to be produced according to specific fishing needs.</p> <p>Dynanotex allows the creation of blanks without “plug” namely a blank that when in action can provide a curve of work that is always optimized. <p align="justify">Artico takes your ideas and turns them into our own personal projects. We hand craft unique and technically perfect fishing rods and aim to build you the rod of your dreams. We assemble our rods with Flex Coat resins and treat the colours of the whipping with a Colour Preserver and finish with Anti UV dual component paint. Our Stand Up rod blanks are rigged in Dynanotex and use full Fuji components. These blanks are made using a process called acid mounting, whereby the rod guides start at the top of the blank and then rotate around the blank leaving the final guides and tip under the blank. La serie si compone di quattro attrezzi tutti monopezzo di cui una montata a spinning e le altre tre montate a casting. La Artico Solar Flame è canna specifica da drop shot, dedicata al BASSFISHING in freshwater. Ideata e testata in collaborazione con Alexander Wolves per la pesca dei Big Bass: è ottima da belly boat, da barca e da riva sia con piccole soft bait sia con minnow di ridotte dimensioni. La 6’9 è una lunghezza strategica sopratutto per la pesca da natante ma è talmente scattante nel lancio che va benissimo anche da riva. L’azione REGULAR su un casting da 1/16-3/8 OZ consente all’attrezzo di accompagnare ogni fuga della preda minimizzando le slamate. La Artico Killer Cover è una monopezzo da casting sviluppata per l’impiego delle gomme nella pesca dedicata al BASSFISHING e al SEABASS. È la canna specifica per le soft bait montate su ami offset. Sviluppata per la pesca a bolentino e disponibile in due versioni della stessa lunghezza ma con potenza differente: modello Strong e Light. Il fusto è in due sezioni e i due modelli hanno rispettivamente in dotazione due cimini artigianali in nylon aventi potenze differenti. Il modello Light ha una potenza che varia dai 60/70 ai 100/120 grammi. Il modello Strong con un cimino lavori con zavorre da 120 grammi e con l’altro si ariva anche ai 250. Le due canne possono essere montate a richiesta in due modi differenti: con anelli da spinning per la classica pesca a bolentino, con anelli e portamulinello da casting per la pesca con i sabiki. Questa è una delle poche canne con azione specifica per la pesca con i sabiki. The Apache range are handmade in Artico’s laboratory so we can proudly say that these rods are Made in Italy. The Apache Trolling was specifically designed and made for competition angling. We’re talking about a very technical product that is almost exclusively dedicated to the competition angler. The rods blank is built in Dynanotex carbon making it slim and light. During the fight the power of the fish is distributed evenly throughout the blank with the top of the rod remaining rapid and efficient in order to handle powerful runs from the fish but also to prevent breakages. The lower part of the rods blank gives power and defines the control on the fish in the recovery phase. The Apache’s series prove to be the most dedicated rods for fighting the oceans most powerful marine predators on light lines. The secret of this rod is in the use of a particular carbon, the Dynanotex.</p> <p>The Dynanotex<br />With the Apache range we enter in the world of the Artico Gamma’s Top of the range tackle. Here elevated technological skill is combined with state-of-the-art materials and attention to detail that is typical of the Made in Italy artisanship. The Dynanotex is a Fluoroelastomer (fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber) with coated graphite and Plant Will which is a high modulus carbon PrePreg (Ferrari Formula 1 Carbon) This is treated and then overlaid in a completely different way compared to traditional machining. Carbon tissue is unidirectional and whilst the vast majority of companies overlap tissue fibers in a longitudinal and transversal way (to increase the resistance to reactivity crushing) Artico adds an additional technique which also angles this overlay. This succeeds in producing countless rod actions and allows different models to be produced according to specific fishing needs.</p> <p>Dynanotex allows the creation of blanks without “plug” namely a blank that when in action can provide a curve of work that is always optimized. The advantages of this are:</p> <p>1-Lower carbon tissue deterioration, about 30% less than traditional methods.</p> <p>2-Higher resistance to efforts, about 40% more.</p> <p>3-Higher maneuverability</p> <p>4-Higher reactivity of the tackle, more than the 50% compared to those are actually in commerce.</p> <p>Having a “spine-less” blank not only aids the action of the rod but it also enables the angler to follow and absorb any twists or lunges of the fish during the fight which helps to nullify any chance of a breakage. Artico insures the Dynanotex blanks for 20 years! You will be amazed by the “reactivity” of the rods when they are under tension as they bend themselves in a distributed way yet immediately go back in their original position (straight) which makes it so easy during the battle with big fish.</p> <p>The cosmetic<br />Artico’s strength is in its technology and craftsmanship work, though we are also proud of our aesthetics. According to Italian style standards this cannot be underestimated and our rods are both aesthetic and functional.</p> <p>The Tips<br />The tips are fully customisable, you can choose a tip with Fuji Alconite rings placed in the classic manner “in line” or with the acid “spiral” method which allows the angler to fish with thinner wires and lower poundage.There is also the option for ALPS or Winthrop roller guides with titanium guides. Usually each angler prefers to equip the Apache Trolling from 6 to 30 lb with Fuji Alconite rings. While the Apache Trolling 50/80 or 130 lb are usually built with the Roller Alps or Winthrop. Our Stand Up rod blanks are rigged in Dynanotex and use full Fuji components. These blanks are made using a process called acid mounting, whereby the rod guides start at the top of the blank and then rotate around the blank leaving the final guides and tip under the blank. The series consists of four models, all mono blank and 6.72 ft long. Assembled rigorously casting, the rods can be equipped on request either with Fuji BCMNOG rings or with Fuji GMMNSG rings with traditional in-line or spiral assembly. Adrenalina Surf una canna sviluppata da agonisti per agonisti ed ha quindi caratteristiche tecnico/meccaniche specificatamente richieste da chi pesca prevalentemente sui campi gara. Piombo ideale di utilizzo 120/125 gr. ADRENALINA SURF ROSSA - CASTING 120/170 gr. La pipotente e reattiva delle tre. Una canna da ground con 125 gr. e side con 150 gr. La canna realizzata in carbonio Composito alto modulo unidirezionale, differenziato per modulo e grammatura, per dare alle divere sezioni dell'attrezzo l'azione desiderata. La trama di carbonio "legata" da un ulteriore strato di unidirezionale trasverso, ultraleggero, che ammortizza le sollecitazioni in fase di carico. Non ultimo i diversi materiali utilizzati sono supportati uno strato di una fibra completamente innovativa lo XANTU.LAYR (Continuos nanofibre performance composites): una esclusiva membrana stratificata che agisce come rinforzo migliorando le prestazioni del carbonio composito.
