<p>Geecrack – Dumbbell Worm 2.8’’ è un piccolo geniale artificiale da finesse per il Bass Fishing che i nostri amici giapponesi hanno sviluppato per la stagione 2021. Come già dal nome si evince, dumbbell in inglese sono i manubri da allenamento, si tratta di una gomma con un profilo simmetrico ingrossato sui lati. Al suo centro troviamo un rigonfiamento a pallina dove andrà posizionato l’amo. È un artificiale sviluppato appositamente per pescare a wacky e a drop shot. Ovviamente la sua efficacia si sviluppa nella fase di caduta e durante lo shaking. In caduta le due grosse appendici svolazzano con un’azione ondulatoria che ricorda un po’ quella di un idrante per l’irrigazione dei giardini. Generalmente per gli inneschi wacky si consigliano degli ami lievemente piombati come gli Shank Chotto ODZ misura #2. Per l’utilizzo a drop shot, una volta il piombo sul fondo, va sfruttata la caduta naturale del Dumbbell Worm 2.8’’ per poi shakerarlo un po’ sul fondo, richiamarlo e ricominciare. Oppure tenerlo sospeso con continui piccoli colpetti di cimino per farlo agitare e richiamare il pesce nelle vicinanze. Siamo convinti che questo artificiale, fatto lavorare sul fondo, sia micidiale anche per pescare le grosse carpe a spinning. Nella sua versione da 6'' utilizzata su Neko rig, è stata l'esca che ha contribuito alla vittoria da parte di Kotaro Hirose al Biwako Open del 27/5/2018, ma anche a questa, più grande di 2 pollici, molti bassman professionisti affidano le sorti delle loro gare. Come tutte le proposte di questo grande brand giapponese, Yahman Stick si caratterizza per la cura maniacale dei dettagli e per i materiali di elevatissima qualità. L'esclusiva mescola S. A. F., come indica l'acronimo, è realizzata con l'aggiunta di sale, aminoacidi e un forte aroma di gamberetti. Questa particolare miscela oltre a fungere da richiamo olfattivo fa si che i nostri amati bass trattengano più a lungo l'esca, permettendo al pescatore una ferrata tempestiva ed efficace. Il corpo con anellature molto accentuate e la coda affusolata, si traducono in un movimento sinuoso e fortemente attrattivo sia in caduta che durante i richiami sul fondo. Per sua natura, questo artificiale si presta ad innumerevoli stili di impiego in ambito finesse, tuttavia l'innesco che risulta micidiale e in grado di provocare l'attacco anche da parte dei bass più apatici e smaliziati, è senz'altro il Neko rig. Consigliamo di utilizzare un amo di misura 1/0, con il sinker di grammatura adeguata in base alla profondità da raggiungere e alla velocità di caduta desiderata. Per quanto riguarda il tubetto, la misura da scegliere è 7mm nel caso di manicotto in silicone, e 10mm se si impiega invece un termoretraibile. <p>Spiron è UNA famiglia di strane ma molto efficaci softbait da Bassfishing. Come le maggiori, il corpo piatto ne suggerisce immediatamente la predisposizione per skippare agilmente nelle cover alla ricerca di grossi bass, ma le sue risorse non si esauriscono certo qui. Se un innesco texas spiombato, suggeriamo un amo 1/0 come il Decoy KG Worm, o con jig head offset come il Decoy Nail Bomb sempre taglia 1/0 sono la scelta più canonica, specialmente nei mesi caldi, ci sono inneschi che possono rendere lo Spiron 2.8 micidiale anche in pieno inverno. Primo fra tutti il Carolina Rig molto leggero, tipo 1/4oz, con almeno 40cm di terminale. Infatti il corpo piatto dello Spiron 2.8 tenderà naturalmente a sollevarsi dal fondo, adattandosi a richiami anche molto lenti per bass con il metabolismo estremamente rallentato. Lo scent SAF (salt aminoacid flavour) di cui è intrisa la gomma gli da poi quella spinta in più a scatenare l’attacco. Con lo stesso concetto, ma meno aderente al fondo, anche una presentazione split shot può risolverci una fredda giornata di gennaio. Ricordiamo comunque che il nome Spiron deriva dalla tendenza a nuotare a spirale durante la caduta e che in questa fase si abbinano le vibrazioni molto adescanti della sua piccola codina. L’efficacia in caduta lo rendono quindi molto valido, uscendo dai confini del bassfishing, anche sui lucioperca! <p>Geecrack – Pindy è una di quelle creazioni strane cui ormai ci ha abituato questo eclettico brand giapponese. Anche se lo possiamo annoverare nella famiglia dei worm, la sua sottile ed esile silhouette ricorda alla perfezione il piccolo foraggio tipico del Giappone come l’Ayu o il Wakasagi. La coda stessa, specialmente in caduta, vibra in modo molto naturale e attraente, ed è capace di incantare letteralmente i bass. Ma la caratteristica fondamentale di questa gomma da bass è la sua incredibile densità che lo rende molto affondante. La mescola è infatti ricchissima di sale e aminoacidi, ovvero la mitica miscela SAF, che lo rendono l’artificiale prefetto anche per gli impieghi spiombati. Come innesco ci si può sbizzarrire da una classica jig head ad un montaggio Texas passando da drop shot e wacky. Per tutti gli amanti della pesca finesse è davvero un artificiale imprescindibile! Date le dimensioni, specialmente della versione più piccola, lo raccomandiamo anche per il persico reale e per i ciprinidi, specialmente la pesca a vista della carpa. <p>Geecrack – Bellows Gill Geecrack è una via di mezzo tra un worm e una creatura il cui corpo è completamente lamellato dalla testa alla coda. Questa caratteristica gli permette di spostare moltissima acqua ed emettere molte vibrazioni attraenti. Ma non è finita qui! La consistenza del corpo da una percezione molto realistica al pesce quando lo mangia e aumenta il tempo in cui questi la trattiene in bocca. Il suo rapporto peso volume gli conferiscono un affondamento super lento, tant’è che in questa versione più piccola da 2.8” è sconsigliato pescare completamente spiombati. La codina vibra moltissimo sia in caduta che mentre lo si lavora sul fondo. Si presta a tanti inneschi come un Texas Rig leggero, il jika rirg e anche una normale jig head. Come i suoi fratelloni si fa fatica ad attribuirgli una categoria specifica, sospeso tra creatura, shad e worm. Certo è che ne eredita tutte le caratteristiche che li hanno resi così performanti in pesca. In primis il corpo lamellato che emette moltissime vibrazioni sia durante la caduta sia in fase di recupero. La consistenza è estremamente naturale e, una volta preso in bocca, il pesce lo tratterrà molto più a lungo di un normale siliconico. <p>Geecrack Bellows Craw 3.5'' è il nuovo gambero per il bass fishing che viene ad arricchire la famiglia di gomme ''anellate'' con cui l'azienda giapponese non smette di sorprenderci. Partiamo da una certezza: abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assistere ai test di Luca Quintavalla con i primi campioni arrivati in Italia e ha bucato subito, anche in condizioni piuttosto difficili! La prima e più evidente caratteristica, come spesso capita con i gamberi, è la forma delle chele. Non hanno seguito la via realistica ma quella imitativa con una forma a sezione tonda e un profilo ovoidale che si chiude con due micro pinze. Completamente anellate, si collegano al corpo con due arti abbastanza sottili. Il risultato è facilmente deducibile: forti vibrazioni in caduta sia per l'effetto degli anelli che per il loro fluttuare libero. Una volta sul fondo le chele si posizionano in modo realistico, specialmente con un rig leggermente appesantito, e continuano a muoversi anche per il solo effetto di un lievissimo spostamento dell'acqua. Il resto del corpo è altrettanto anellato e lo sono pure le antenne! Questo aspetto ha molti vantaggi: produce una consistenza in bocca al pesce più piacevole, genera molte vibrazioni e , ultimo ma più importante aspetto, consente una maggiore diffusione in acqua dello scent aumentandone in modo esponenziale il potere attrattivo! Come sempre per le gomme Geecrack, anche il Bellows Craw è aromatizzato con la formula S.A.F. a base di sale, aminoacidi e di un forte concentrato di gamberetti. Adatto a svariati inneschi tra cui sicuramente il Texas rig e il jika rig con sinker fino a 5g. Può diventare anche un ottimo trailer per jig da ¼ a 3/8 di oncia. Usalo con fiducia sia all'interno delle cover sia in spazi aperti o a ridosso di strutture: le sue capacità attrattive sono davvero incredibili. <p>Baobab Hog 3.8'' è il beaver di Geecrack. Un castoro per il bass fishing dalla grande coda pronto a infilarsi nelle cover più fitte alla ricerca dei big bass. Come tutti gli artificiali di questa categoria, la sua principale caratteristica è un corpo piatto, due grandi chele unite e le prime zampette più grandi e vibranti rispetto alle seconde. Il suo impiego è particolarmente adatto a pesci apatici o sospettosi, che si fanno facilmente infastidire da normali gamberi a due chele con minor spostamento d'acqua ma molta più confusione. Ovviamente alla bisogna le chele si possono anche separare e ottenere un effetto un po' più invasivo. Il corpo piatto lo rende perfetto per essere skippato. Sicuramente il suo innesco principale è il Texas con un amo minimo di taglia #3/0, consigliamo i Decoy KG HOOK Hyper WORM 13. Creata in primo luogo per la pesca in mare, in acqua dolce la si può usare anche per lucci, lucioperca ed altri predatori. <p>Sico Mini Paddle 58, una soft bait eccezionale sotto tanti punti di vista. Il suo realismo è garantito da una forma che riproduce fedelmente le fattezza di un piccolo percide. Livree e colorazioni che imitano molto bele quelle dei pesci presenti nelle acque italiane e occhi inseriti direttamente nella fusione completano questo piccolo gioiello siliconico. Il paddle è davvero ridotto per creare micro vibrazioni che possano attrarre ma non insospettire il pesce predatore. Questa caratteristica lo rende perfetto anche per l’uso con la tecnica del dropshot nei grandi laghi per la pesca del persico, il paddle non andrà dunque ad incastrarsi con la montatura stessa e il piccolo artificiale mantiene un assetto naturale e sempre performante. Con una colorazione molto naturale e una testa che permettesse di avere accuratezza nel lancio siamo riusciti a smuovere pesci molto sospettosi in condizioni di piena luce non certo favorevoli alla pesca. Un dettaglio molto importante è lo snodo di coda che rende la parte finale molto flessibile, questo permette di far nuotare la nostra esca anche con pesi minimi, ricordatevi che con un paddle molto ridotto, la resistenza dell’acqua sarà minima e sarà facile restare a contatto con il fondo anche con testine molto leggere.
