Its core technology is "AIRDRIVE DESIGN". The design concept of the next generation spinning reel pursues what anglers want: to operate the lure at will. This AIRDRIVE DESIGN is composed of up to four technologies. Among them, the symbolic one is the Air Drive Rotor. It realizes a light rotation feeling that moves the heart. Daiwa's unique waterproof and durable technology, Magseal, is installed in the pinion and line roller parts, and Magseal ball bearings are installed on both ends of the drive gear to achieve high waterproof performance (SF model only in one place in the pinion part). The drag is equipped with the ATD TYPE-L, which improves initial response while retaining the ATD characteristic of continuing to work smoothly in response to the pull of the fish, allowing you to fight with confidence even when using light line.
